First aid

I am a competent and experienced first aider and hold numerous First Aid qualifications including RYA First Aid at Sea and HSE First Aid at Work. I am also RNLI Casualty Care trained as well as holding certificates in Remote First Aid. I have employed these skills professionally as a welfare warden and commercial skipper. I also use my first aid skills in a voluntary capacity as a lifeboat crew member.

I have also trained as an Emergency First Responder and utilise these skills in my role as an instructor of the university SCUBA diving club. I ensure that my personal safety and wellbeing is assured at all times through having trained in remote island first aid and practical skills.
